Other Environmental Issues

Emerging Corporate Responsibility issues include other environmental issues for the real estate sector derived from internally recognised green building rating systems such as BREEAM.

In addition to water and energy, a BREEAM assessment includes aspects like transport, waste, materials, health & wellbeing, management, land use & ecology, and pollution. Further information on these issues can be obtained at www.breeam.org

Through stakeholder engagement we aim to keep track of emerging issues relevant for the real estate sector in general and Redevco in particular.

The following chapters describe in detail the type of action we have undertaken in response to each issue. They also set out our objectives for each issue for the coming years.
